Return requests must be made within a period of 20 days upon the invoice has been issued.
Please, make sure the articles to be returned are new, have not been used and keep all the official labels and packaging of the brand. Returns not complying with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client, who must bear these costs. In order to complete the return process, you are requested to ship the product along with a printed copy of the invoice and to fill out the corresponding form in our web. Clients shall bear the return shipping expenses. We will process the returns within a period of 10 working days upon receipt.
