You can request a refund within 20 days from the invoice issue date.
Make sure that the items are returned new, unworn, and with all custom branded packaging and labels. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Your shipment will include a printed invoice and you must fill in the form on this page. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are processed within ten business days of receipt.
For returns from non-European Union countries: returns must be sent by Parcel (equivalent to an ordinary package). The client must fill in the CN23 customs declaration, indicate a description of the merchandise and obligatorily mark the box “Return of goods” in the “shipping category”.
In addition, the customer must attach the invoice for the Order in question to prove that it is the same merchandise.
