INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any queries regarding costs must be made via email.

Regardless of the shipping service and the costs detailed, you can be responsible for import duties and taxes in your international order. Some orders may also experience delays when passing through customs.

The transit times are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and they are therefore unforeseeable. Please bear in mind that no refunds will be made on international orders that are rejected or unclaimed. We recommend you contact your local customs service for additional information.

All orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be sent on the following day.
