Regardless of the shipping service and the costs detailed, you can be responsible for import duties and taxes in your international order. Some orders may also experience delays when passing through customs.
The transit times are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and they are therefore unforeseeable. Please bear in mind that no refunds will be made on international orders that are rejected or unclaimed. We recommend you contact your local customs service for additional information.
MÁGAN will deliver the orders within a maximum period of 14 business days if the destination is in Spain (metropolitan areas) and within a maximum of 20 business days if the destination is outside of Spain, the day after the order validation . If the delivery period is exceeded without justification (customs reasons, of which we aren´t competent, are exempt), the customer may request the cancellation of the sale and obtain a refund of the total amount paid for the Order within a maximum period of 14 ( fourteen) days after the termination of the contract.

I have not received my order yet and I started to worry. What I can do?
If you have not received an arrival notice and the deadline has been exceeded, we invite you to contact our customer service through the contact form
or at info@mmagan.com. Don’t worry, we will find a solution.
My package goes back to the sender. What I can do?
Don’t worry, our after-sales service will contact you as soon as we have received the package to arrange and agree a second shipment.
Remember that for any return it is essential to include the printed invoice and fill out the return form in the returns section.
